La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Midland

The lady working the front desk the morning of 8/6 was extremely helpful multiple times when I needed assistance. Very friendly and efficient and greatly improved my experience at La Quinta.

The breakfast was sufficient and welcome. The location was good, but the exit off of I-20 West was blocked (not the fault of the hotel). The parking was very convenient. The room was cleaned well. The evening and morning managers were very approachable and professional.

Breakfast options was the only thing it was very limited. Pre made options had cheese and some of us don't eat cheese. Other than that absolutely loved it! The room and amenities was great!

It is an older motel. Very clean. My stay was less than $60. I think it was probably one of the least expensive la Quinta's I've stayed in. I think it was due to the breakfast, their idea of hot breakfast was Pop-Tarts and instant oatmeal. But at least they had hot coffee and tea that you didn't have to make in your room. For those not used to trains they might not like the fact that there was a train track close by and you could definitely hear the trains go by in the middle of the night. Would stay there again.

The front staff was courteous and professional with smiles.
